Teaching Philosophy

I believe that learning music can start at any age and that it should be positive and exciting. I see the most growth and self-discipline in my students when they feel uplifted. Therefore, I work to create an encouraging environment for my students while also providing valuable feedback to guide them on their musical journeys. We focus on incorporating the body with the voice to promote healthy singing as well as projection and presence that can be heard from a stage. I aim to build my students' assurance in their abilities and courage in performing as confidence is important for all avenues of life. I am thrilled to meet each of my students and help guide them to their uniquely crafted musical futures.
