Vocal Discovery is a fun, inclusive, and upbeat introductory group class made for kids who love to sing! Students will have the opportunity to sing solos, duets, and with the larger group. Together, we'll explore a range of musical styles, from folk, jazz, and pop to musical theater. This class also focuses on building confidence, musical fundamentals, and the beginnings of technical skills like pitch matching, posture, and healthy tonal production and breathing habits. Vocal Discovery is a wonderful precursor for private voice lessons, which typically begin around age 10 or 11.
