To register, call the office at 617-277-4593.
In the music therapy group, children create music in a fun, social setting. The focus is on practicing social skills, connecting with peers, and working together on group music making. Children foster their musical skills by singing songs, improvising, and engaging in gross and fine motor tasks to practice rhythm.
Brookline Music School offers group and individual music therapy sessions by a Board Certified Music Therapist. In music therapy, music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. Visit our Music Therapy webpage to find out more about the program or call (617) 277-4593 to schedule a consultation.
